Curated by the ever-inspiring Chef Prima Kurien, the menu is a nostalgic tribute to Kerala’s rich traditions — elevated with four handcrafted 1800 Tequila cocktails: the refreshing Clear Signature Tequila Cocktail, Clear Paloma, Spiced Margarita and the smooth Mexican Old Fashioned.
